As we plan to build Kokua based on current upstream code, I've replaced
https://bitbucket.org/kokua/kokua with a fresh clone of
https://bitbucket.org/lindenlab/viewer-development.

If you're looking for the previous content of that repository, please
refer to https://bitbucket.org/kokua/kokua-old instead.

Please refrain from creating any named mercurial branches on the "new"
https://bitbucket.org/kokua/kokua and on any clones that you expect us
to pull. Thanks.
