I can answer this one. I'm not sure I'll be able to make it to your
meeting so I will respond here.

Yes. Whatever the official contact email address is with LL for your
project, it should be receiving these weekly. I know Oz asked the
impdev mailing list a while ago for an updated contact, but I don't
know if it ever was.

Might be a violation of the SL TOS, you should check first.
LL does collect OS and GPU based states, and on a semi-quarterly bases
does provide them to TPVs. The last one's went out earlier this month,
so whatever imp/kokua's official contact email is should have them
already.
