[kokua-dev] GCC 4.7 build errors

Hi!

I just upgraded to debian testing and tried to compile kokua with GCC 4.7
and I get the following build errors:

I briefly looked at lloctee.h and it was all directly from linden labs so
I'm assuming the error is in the upstream. Should I file a bug with LL ? I
doubt they'll fix it with the attitude they have had on my last code
problem submissions... "Won't fix, compile with gcc 1.2" ...
