Beta_1c is our designation for
incorporating LL's viewer-beta 3.3.3-beta3.

I apologize for constant roll out of
beta versions. I have allowed Linden Lab (LL) to jerk my chain the
past week.
Last Friday at the TPV Developers Meeting viewer-beta
3.3.3 was touted as having many crash fixes. A Kokua Beta was
produced. 
This past Monday an upgrade to 3p-apr library was commit-ed
and  incorporated into viewer-beta. LL tagged it 3.3.3-beta3. 
That
change touched over 1000 of the roughly 7600 files in the code tree.
The change went smoothly into Windows and Linux 32 bit platforms. 
Linux 64 wasn't smooth as updated expat and apr libraries were
needed. Armin Weatherwax's  64 bit library autobuild scripts work
flawlessly 
to produce new libraries. Some packaging tweaks were
applied make the libraries run-time visible.
