[kokua-dev] Console window

Someone else can confirm but, it appears that Develop->Console Window on next Run
can only be used in a Release Configuration.

So, I will have to back off my statement that it would be set off in the next experimental. If we decide to build Release Configuration Experimental viewers then that will come set to off.
Somehow,  Release Configuration Experimental viewers seems like an oxymoron.
