[kokua-dev] On Vacation

As mentioned at the meet-up on Wednesday, I'll be abroad on vacation for
two weeks, starting tomorrow (2012-09-02 to 2012-09-16). I'll probably
check (and maybe also answer) my emails from time to time but most
probably won't come to any inworld meet-ups during that period.

@Nicky: Sorry I still didn't get to review your pull request.

@McCabe: Maybe you could review and pull it?
