[kokua-dev] simple instructions for installing sources and compiling on Windows

yes bitbucket has a wiki.
the procedures in secondlife wiki work when starting from scratch and getting all the correct tools in place.
after that it is just having the correct autobuild instructions specific to Kokua in a wiki.
