[kokua-dev] Howto get parcel properties back to the main menu bar ?

If I understand correctly, you would give up the navigation bar if the Parcel information was on the top menu bar and it would call the Parcel Properties floater when clicked. Is that correct?

I think there is loss of functionality that some newer users would not like. The home icon and the navigation arrows < > to locations recently visited.
