this worked better that I expected into the file release system. don't know if you can use it for general
hosting type files.
rsync -avP -e ssh  *Setup.exe *.bz2 README SOURCE/CHANGELOG TARBALLS/ username at frs.sourceforge.net:/home/frs/project/kokua.team-purple.p/$hostdir/
