[kokua-dev] Test viewers using new avatar description xml files from FittedMesh project

version 3.6.14.30783 for windows and mac are in the Nightly folder on sourceforge. These have the new avatar xml files from the FittedMesh project and curl (threaded DNS resolver) library from the HTTP project. SL would like feedback concerning avatar appearance using the FittedMesh avatar files. Linux versions will be built overnight.
