Aloha!

At yesterday's
meetup, we concluded that we need to hold an all-hands meeting
to make some important decisions about the future of our projects.
It is especially important that all our active Kokua team members
can come, but all interested parties (which probably means, you
too) are invited. I've set up a doodle to let us find a date where
as many as possible can make it.

to indicate when you could come.
(Note that on that website, you can choose the timezone
in which the possible dates will be presented to you.)

I know this is unusually many options for a doodle poll, but that
hopefully makes it possible to find a common date and time fitting
all team members and many from the community. I plan to close
the poll by 2012-01-18 20:00 UTC, so that we can review the
votes and decide on a date on our next scheduled ImpDev meeting. Be
sure to sure to enter the doodle before then if you'd like to come.

Note that

This is a one-off meeting, not a re-scheduling of our
weekly ImpDev meetups

For now, weekly ImpDev meetups will continue to be every
Wednesday at 20:00 UTC.

The weekly meetups might have to be re-scheduled in the near
future, but if so, we'll let you know and will probably post
another (separate) doodle poll.

Until the poll gets closed, you can edit what you've entered
later on if your schedule changes. So don't be afraid to enter
the poll early on.

If there's no date when everyone interested can come,
availability of Kokua team members will be given precedence over
the raw participant numbers the doodle poll displays.

Cheers,
Borun
