[kokua-dev] Building Linux64

idk, I updated apr libraries to 1.45 yesterday because of a apr_file_link not declared 
in this scope build error.
While trouble shooting that issue I did an aptitude install most every thing apr from debian.
Maybe I have a system lib that is resolving it on my system.
